For solve game crashes problem :

Solve 1 :

Download 3DAnalyzehttp://www.3dcht4u.de/3dc/kfd53t5fes8z/3d-analyze.zip

For people who have crash problems after installing this patch it is because of the new balls and the TnL graphical requirements on your PC. For 95% of people who have issues, this is solved using a program called 3D analyze.

Make sure you're using DirectX 9 or higher (from Microsoft website but you should have it anyway).

1. open 3d-analyze, click 'select'

2.select PES4.exe (usually cProgramfiles\konami\Pro Evolution Soccer 4\
Pes4.exe)

3.check
emulate hw tnl caps
force sw tnl
force 16bit zbuffer

4.click 'RUN'

if still doesnt work try this :

Solve 2 :

Go to BIOS setup, under "Advanced Chipset Features" you'll find two lines "System BIOS Cacheable" and "Video RAM Cacheable". Disable both! Selecting "Enabled" allows caching of system BIOS ROM at some memory address, resulting in better system performance. However, if PES_4 writes to this specific memory area, a system error may result..

Great patch for Both Pes4 and WE8I but in WE8I the option file doesn't work!I tried to remake it by optionfile but WE8I doesn't recognize it??Is it possible to make an option file for WE8I????

but i had to leave off the " force 16 bit " option.

now i have had a chance to see the patch working, i would say it's miles ahead of wolfs.

wolfs is too big in size, and slows my game down ALOTT. yours does not. wel done

thanx m8..sorry my option file works only PES 4 PC...doesnt work WE8 or other variations..cuz i have only installed PES4 on my pc..i havent WE8 ...but u can use other files for WE8 (0_text , e_text , 0_sound , e_sound)...

Hex Workshop....maybe for online mod..but i didnt try...

but can you tell me how to replace the plain black shoes?

im still making on Option file and i'll release it about 1 week later..thanks...

Some details about update :

- Fixed Master League
- Fixed in game radar
- Fixed Amsterdam Arena's light bug in replay and offside replay... (for dr,nf,nr mod)
- Fixed callnames for Leagues (for England , Germany and French Leagues)
- Added new faces and hairstyles (Face slots are fulled)
- Added new background pics for Master League , League mod and Cup Mod....
- Fixed some texts in Master League mod...
- Real Stadium and team names for Online Mod...
- Added new players..
- Update transfers...
- Fixed other small bugs...
