Pes 4 Connection Problems

Guys, I desperatly need help.
When I try to play someone online (host), I receive a message saying [person] wants to challenge you, do you accept. Then when I click YES, it says loading for a couple of minutes then it disconnects. At the other end, the user who was trying gets the message "Unable to connect". I used to be able to play online but now I get this problem ALL THE TIME.

I have v1.1. Could it be because other players are installing new kits and stuff like that?

Weird. It sometimes happen to me when I am running PES in window mode and am chatting on MSN or surfing internet at the same time.

When I put full screen and only waits nice and cleen it works
