PES 3 Problem (PC)

I have a problem running PES3
My pc specs are

Athlon XP Barton 2500+, 512 DDRAM, VIA KT6 Delta MB, Radeon 9200 128 MB

When I run the game, it stops after the KONAMI logo, I tried reducing the graphix details, it didn't work,
Any idea what can I do to get it running ?
