PES 3 PC: Gamepad only moves player in 8 Directions, Help!!

i have a PSX-USB pad and a Logitech RUmlepad Cordless and using the analog sticks the players mov eonly in 8 directions. Is this the cas ein the game or I have configured the game wrong. Please help as it sucks that you cannot move in any direction you want with the analog sticks.

Yes there is nothing you can do about that. It a problem hopefully konami can fix in their next release.

you think they can patch it or it will be in a new pes, cuz hte psx version does not have this problem and the PC version is a direct port.

this is not a problem of your controller. they DO only move in 8 directions (only when dashing in 16). there is no absolute "free" analog direction so to say.

has always been that way and will most likely always remain that way....

apparently it is that way because the PS2 cannot handle much more processing, i.e the extra it would take when making the AI run in any analogue direction etc

maybe for the next gen conoles, and then hopefully konami will have learnt to port a game

eh... so far all WE and PES games had 8 directions movements. thats not a bug dude.

Ive got winning eleven on gamecube and that has true analogue movement. Is much better for that but is missing all new tricks and cant pass as well. So pes3 it is.
