PES 3 - can i play it on my computer?

hi mates i want to know if i could play PES 3 full version on PC?
My configuration is:
Celeron 400 MHz
160 MB RAM
Ge Force 2 64 MB MX 400
Windows 98

i know that it is to poor, but maybe if i would set all the settings to the lowest level, and make that refreshing to 60, or lovest level, or maybe some patch could help (like those Max PAyne 2 patch wich helped to play on slowest computers)?

Aaaa, nedostizni, i ti bi da igras PES3, evo i ja je cekam, kako mislis da je nabavis, mislis da ce pirati da je urade na CD-u, posto sam cuo da izlazi na DVD-u.???
A ne verujem da ce ti raditi, pa jesi citao ovde kakve kompjutere imaju pa i njima nesto secka, usporeno su krecu igraci.
Ja imam Duron 1300, 256 mb, ge force 2MX400, pa mislim da ni meni nece raditi najbolje......
A ko zna mozda ti i bude radilo, mozda radi bolje na losijim kompovima

zdravo brate, nisam imao priliku da se upoznamo do sada.
Sto se tice igre ja sam je vec narucio u Exitu: 011/627-827 i stize mi u utorak (ti ako si iz Beograda mozes odmah da je uzmes ). A da igra je na jednom CD-u!!!

ok i have got PES3 on PC and the game is running in slow down motion - when i play exibiton, penalty kicks, or trening.
I know that my computer is slow but ca i somehow make it so i can play on the lowest detail, and resolution? Some trick about refreshing, drivers, patch?

cely 400 ....man that is like 5 years old or thereabouts ...brings back my memories of my cely 300a o/c to 450 mmm nice o/c for those days.

*cough* ermmm thats seriously underpowered @ any resolution/refresh rate for PES3. 160mb ram .....you're gonna have to cough up for new hardware.

try setting resolution @ 640x480 and change your refresh rate to 60hz and change graphic detail to low in game and from your card drivers but i still think you'll be playing this game as a slideshow.

yes mate it is a computer to make jokes with it.
But i don`t have cash for a new one now.
I have understood you all what to do, only i haven`t got this:

change graphic detail from your card drivers

I know how to change this in the game, but how can i change this in my card drivers?
