I googled for a bit and managed to find download links on a Vietnamese gaming forum here.
The accompanying description is in English.

Now I'm not sure why the original poster wanted to delete this thread but I couldn't care less. Good things are meant to be shared.

It's absolutely the best patch for WE/PES2007. It beats PES6 with evo/super patch any day IMO.

I downloaded all the updates, but have problem with the update1.3, can't extract the files. Everytime during the extractions pops up for wrong volumes.
Anyone has the solution?

on update 1.3 i installed the s_text cause i speak spanish, and then, the 1.4 update and it worked perfectly

Whats the point...It doesn't work online anyways.. It only works offline.

Now my Bayern is Gone....Can't choose Bayern in online..

but I am sure I saw by some other players that they have updated transfers in barcelona, not in mine.

Thanks baila0, but like vrobec, i have a problem with update 1.3 too, i can't extract it, it says wrong volume blabla, what should i do, anybody knows? thanks!

Edit:I figure it out, i renamed WEPES2007_K_Patch_1.3_Upd2.rar to WEPES2007_K_Patch_1.4_Upd1.rar and WEPES2007_K_Patch_1.3_Upd3.rar to WEPES2007_K_Patch_1.5_Upd1.rar and it worked...great patch!

Even when I play with Barcelona, Henry isn't there..

I got all the kits, transfers. and works fine in offline.
