.....it comes with the box and all...and ican tell you it was a rushed,straight from port bull**** from EA...the default settings is crap....EA was forced to release the game fast as the PS2 version was out...

The version I have is being dubbed as a 'developers beta' by some people. This I highly doubt, it has been confirmed there are no changes. And IF it was, name one game that's been leaked as beta and significantly improved in the full retail? I certainly can't think of one. At beta stage new features/changes are frozen and bugfixing begins. So that means no controller config or video config. The game could be patched but that's not gonna solve the horrendous (in my opinion) control system where the players feel completely unintuitive and restricted. One of the most irritating things as well is the through ball which just completely fails to go in the right direction half of the time, it's a complete guessing game. This is the case on my PC version and X-Box version.
I don't want to turn this into a debate of what version I have, the fact I wanted to bring to attention is this has been rushed out of the door. You can flame me all you like but this is my opinion and I'm stating fact that these things are missing. Do with this information what you will, I genuinely hope all the fans in here enjoy this version but I failed to. EA should (and can) do better

Warez versions are identical to Retail Versions. Trust me on this. Just because something is Warez doesn't mean it's beta. There are several different ways of a game being obtained in order to be cracked and put on the internet (some unscrupulous retailer/reviewer giving a Retail copy out to a cracking group for example). A lot of times Warez copies actually work better than Retail Verstions as the cracking groups fix bugs before releasing it on the internet (like Splinter Cell which I bought and had compatibility issues with Sound Blaster lives which made in unplayable till it was patched, the Warez version was fixed before the official patch was released).
Regardless I am not getting into a debate on whether or not Warez is acceptable coz it's not and will likely get me banned. I will buy Fifa2004 when its released just like you BUT DON'T GO TALKING RUBBISH ABOUT STUFF YOU OBVIOUSLY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT.
And not only that but FIFA 2004 PC version (as stated on this board) HAS been released in some countries and they confirm what ManWithNoMouth has already said so your childish ranting has already been nullified by F A C T.
Every FIFA is always unsatisfactory. It might be an enjoyable game but EA asks us to pay out x amount of cash each year for the franchise. We are perfectly entitled to expect them to get things right. Hell the CM series manages to do it every year...
