I dip my hand into all parts of PES editing, and these are some balls I've made

All these Balls use the same models:
PC: Damneds Ball Model --> http://www.blackhorns.net/teamgeist/newballmdl.bin
PS2: Beachballmdl --> http://www.wevolution.org/_tmp/konami_coloured_mdl.bin

Nike Tiempo Lasers and Tiempo Legends Mini-Ballpack

Then extract the folders to your Kitserver\GDB\balls folder, and add this to your map.txt:
