if someone has uploaded their patched option file on the forum can i useing the max drive download this to my ps2 and get the real boots balls shirts etc
please help

Real boots and balls do not go on the option file.
They must be patched onto the disk itself. You need to go and read a patching guide to PS2 PES4.

i just thought when you dont have a patched game the boots are on the option file so i thought it would be the same for the patched game
