I wanted to know where you downloaded your Windows Style, like the white tool bar and all that. Can you please tell me ?

its called "progressive"

i think it comes with windowblinds, but if not make a search at www.wincustomize.com ... i might have downloaded it, but i dont think so

When you download desktop themes like these , how do you open them once youve downloaded them, like make it your actual theme?

well they come in the zip file.... and they automatically get recognised and "installed" by the program

then you go through display properties -> appearance and get to choose there

I hate these style programs, they have a ton of spyware in them and when you want to delete them it messes up the whole computer...that's what happened to me, had to format the damn thing.

i recommend it 100% if you got a decent amount of RAM (IE 512... prob will work on 256 if you only got a few programs running but i havent tried) and a highish resolution (its pretty pointless at 800x600 )

possibly the best freeware program i've ever downloaded... its just made my pc time alot better and easier (online msn contacts always visible, constantly rotating and refreshing news - which you can customise so u get feeds from just about any site, and my navigation system has made getting to apps 1000x quicker )
