The Premier League and Sky have favoured Manchester United yet again.
In the last three to four years, Manchester United v Liverpool has always been played at Midday on a Saturday.
So it seems rather bizarre that this year, that the fixture has been moved forward not the usual twenty-four hours, but fourty-eight hours to a Monday evening. Not a Sunday, but a Monday. Infact, it's not actually bizarre at all. Sky did own about 10% of Manchester United plc and put in a full takeover bid back in 1998.
In a burst of common sense previously unheard of within Government departments the Competitions Commission ruled that the takeover would not be in the public interest and the bid failed. Murdoch finally flogged his remaining shares approximately a year ago. However the biasedness still remains despite no shares held by Sky. The Sun is an evidential example, and there is more.
Out of one large coincidence, Rio Ferdinand's ban expires on that Monday, allowing him to participate in the match against Liverpool, in which he will feature.
If that droopy faced **** in Taggart ever moans ever again about being treated unfairly, and his little pawns in the shape of genital wards (irritating red ******* that are everywhere) follow suit, never ever, again, complain about Arsenal and their numerous suspect links to the English Football Association.
