you cannot say lehmann suc.ked after his performance today... he did the best he could - i dont think any other goalie would have stopped those 2 goals... remember he saved a GREAT shot by gerrard in the last few mins

Oh my........... what a nice match to watch. Throughout the game I was wondering why Pongolle wasn't playing striker, for I have not seen anyone slower or lazier than Mellor. His timing was totally off, he didnt' have the striker's 6th sense to be in the right places at the right times. Pongolle didn't do too bad as a winger, as soon as he switched flanks....... Ashley Cole was too good for him. Ashley Cole is actually, IMO, Arsenal's best player on the pitch, if it weren't for him I bet Arsenal would lose more matches.

But that last second goal. It felt like something out of CM, where the player is managing Arsenal, and for the AI team some reserves kid out of nowhere with sh*tty stats bangs in a wonder goal from afar in the last minute to win the match. Hahaha... sheer sweetness.

i was getting prepare to switch off the tele and go to bed when mellor did what nobody would expect him to do.. yeah.. scored with the last kick of the match... :hump: :rockman: but on the balance of play i think we deserved the win yesterday as we virtually outplay arsenal in the 1st half and the stats speak for itself.. arsenal doesn't even have a single shot at goal.. and they only have one shot at goal and they scored... :rolleyes:
