Option file with only player and team names done?

Is this kind of option file available somewhere? Wolfs update and superpatch still have loads of bugs and id like to just start new Master League game with correct names.

If 90% of the player names and transfers are right I'd just play the game as it is - you can always correct the names by hand later. It doesn't really matter for the ML where players are because teams are going to change a lot anyway.
