Option File confusion

Lots of confusion surrounding this. which is the small option file? and i mean just the option file that contains all winter transfers up to end of jan,and also updated intl teams????
Any1 know the answer?

I'm not sure any of the option files out right now are near 100% accurate. I would like to know this myself, specifically a Superpatch option file update.
