Online, how do they do that ?

When i'm playing online against other people i almost have no time to pass te ball around. Everytime my player has two or three around him. It looks sometime if he's playing with more players, especially around the box. What do they change in the midfield or defence so that my players always are surrounded by more players ?

I tried to change the role of the SB -> CB but that only change that my SB stays in the defence.

Its the formation that they are using. I'd seen some formation like 4-2-4, having 4 defenders and 2 DMs stay at the back, and 4 FW/CS up front. Just have to be careful on your pass, 1 lose ball can kill you. Try a few more different way of attack patterns, use your wings to create more space.
