Online Fantasy/sim soccer program

Hi,

Does anyone know of a program that allows you to run an online soccer(football) league? I'd like to set up a leagu where people can manage their fake teams online and then i can simulate the games using some kind of software.

So far I haven't had any luck finding anything , but I'm hoping someone here might be able to provide soem suggestions.
