One Touch Passing?

Is 1 touch passing available in the game?

I play on keyboard and use the S key to pass.

When I try to 1 touch, I merely get a 1-2 with the original passer - no matter how far away he is!!!

yep i had the same problem in fifa 09 and had it wid fifa 10 as well. but couldnt quite fix it. i dnt knw hw or y but i wasnt able to do it whereas the computer could do it

i do it often, switch to the receiver & just tap the pass button before it gets to the player while aiming at who you want to make the 1 touch pass too.

you must have control of the player before you attempt the pass or he'll just trap the ball.

In Fifa09 this was due to a bug in the game. It happened always when you had the same button configured for both passing and switching players. I used to have this, too, since this used to be the default in earlier versions. After I set player switch to a different button the problem was gone.

Maybe this is still the same thing in Fifa 2010...

Yes it is exactly the same the bug in Fifa 10. Everyone with this problem needs to remap the pass and switch player keys...

then you should reconfigure your keymap to make it work.
My opinion, best key for switching is the same button with triggering run. So when we push it to switch and at the same time our ai controled defender accidently has the ball, then it works as run trigger.
