How do you turn off the rules in the games and penalties? Or adjust them?

in what way do you mean? i think you can only turn off bookings and injuries on this version.. u cant turn the ref's strictness down.....and i have no idea what rules you are wanting to change with penalties?

I meesed it up it is offside 2nd line is nhl2005.

you cant change the ref's strictness only turn booking and injuries off. its in the game setting section on main page

if you have it for PC you can change the ref's strictness in the ini file.

2 goal lines

1 half line

2 third lines

u cant pass the puck over two lines
