The webmasters from FIFA benelux are also visiting EA and they say these are the requirements:

Windows 98/2000/ME/XP
Pentium 2 – 300 Mhz
64 MB RAM
680 MB Free space
16 MB 100% Direct X 8.0 compatible videocard

The game will be on 1 disc
The game is build up from nothing by a team of 125(!) people

I forgot to say that fifabenelux says that when FIFA 2003 is out, they give EA things that can be better (the 'things' are posted by visitors) so they can make FIFA2004 even better than 2003

You are right...IF (only IF) i choose to buy that game, i will play it in a console- probably Playstation 2- i'll keep my PC for managing football games like TCM 2003 or CM 4 !!!!!:D :D

why play fifa on a pc? stupid question

Why would you want to play fifa on a pc.hmmmmmmmmm well

1. the graphics match anything produced by a console
2. you can play online
3. fifa fx
4. the ability to update and change anything via the above and other means
5. can you get the spanish,french, italian, german and portugese languages to fit onto your nice ps2 or xbox disc.cos guess what you can on a hard drive.Before i changed my gpu,when fifa ran ok i had the champions league patch by ecp(prob the best patch) with all the proper stadiums, the relevant language commentary for each team, chants for each team etc etc etc
6 if the above doesnt prove my point well tuff, stick to your consoles and miss out!

I would hate it if I had to play FIFA on a pc, its all fine having editors (not really important are they), but
the main thing i'd hate is either having to use the keyboard or one of those really bad gamepads you get for the pc, if you play with a console you get a device made for gaming.
Another thing is that you can't really get your mates around the pc, get some beers and a good multiplayer session can you?
Football games are best when played with mates on a sofa, on a big TV, loadsa fun.

crappy pads?

i made a decision not to play fifa on my pc until i purchased a decent pad.I have a gravis eliminator aftershock and guess what.its baically the same as a ps1 or 2 pad.the only thing that doesnt work is the right stick for the one two passing but this doesnt matter as it made me a better natural passer.ive played loads of people on the playstation version and beaten them all hahaha.thanks to my super passing ability(ego gettin bigger by the sentance)
imho the only thing at present that a ps2 offers is the flares in the crowd and a widescreen (which can be fixed by using my tv out port.)

brazooka can u help me

hey brazooka, i see you have a gf4 card. i recently got a gf4 4400ti and it made my fifa corrupt, as well as nhl and madden, can you run fifa on yours without problems or do you have corrupt graphics( by this i mean the screen goes all crappy and you get random polygons produced from the mouse pointer!)
If this sounds familiar id love to know if youve fixed it.

Corrupt games can usually be fixed by installing a updated driver for your graph card.
