we have a search function which will give you the thread you need to do the conversion yourself.

community does for each other, i don't see you doing anything but looking.

i updated my squads online..but there are no transfer update like ander herrera or luke shaw to man utd.

and continue update the roster(main league) till now

select default db and apply
and then replace the db in game\data\db folder

my carreer mode crashes to desktop when i use your db but i can play friendlies the 1.4 mb is the carreer db wright

this DB acually is used by me. I 've checked the career mode again and ok.

maybe let me know what situation you have.
1.if you use mwm, have you apply the default db? the comp date (scripts files)must match the db.
2.have you modify something , such as try to make it start to 2014?
3.if you use the "user define" or "default" squards to start a career ?have you select the euro match first season?
4.what progress cause crash? in the stage of 'preparing a new season"?

ps:
anybody can use my db or crash too, pls let me know.

it crash when career mode loads from the new career mode option im using Barcelona the one i edited from your database and the unedited one crashes i think you must release meta.xml also that could solve the problem

Same I have crash too when preparing for a new season.
