yeah it isnt bad, just dont overuse effects like plastic wrap and the lighting effects...

i like that shape, says fifa right? could use some touching up around the edges, theres like white kinda edge...

You can't really see the 'SG' bit, but otherwise it's tops

that text which says oceania and stuff looks wierd...dunno if the background and stuff needs to be there, but its not bad

I think the background is nice but it doesn't really blend with the actual logo. I suggest you change the colours a bit.
