how do i use off the ball

im using the keyboard!!!what do i do,ive pressed z to get 3 numbers on players then pressed z agin to select a player then what key do i press to get the ball to him?

just press the pass or lob button and the ball will go to the selected player.im playin on ps2 anyway so its easier
