hi

im being working on oedit and i found a little problem i cant resolve. In some face files, some points are sticked to each other because both have EXACTLY the same coordinates (X, Y and Z) i cant get them separated because when i hover one to select it and move it away from the other, both are actually hovered so i cant move one without moving also the other one. Is there any way to have points selected one by one? i used to resolve the problem by going to the UV map editor where usually points are all distributed around and never occupy the same place as another, however sometimes these points are on the same place there and i cant move them individually.

I always appreciate your help.

try selecting them on the texture map. then move as normal. maybe you should learn how to program and make a new version f its so ****ty?

In that case you should learn to READ too. I SAID that they were on the same position on the texture map as well, so there is no way to get them split from there either. I appreciate your answer anyway. And if was going to release a program i would make sure it works fine before releasing it.

So i have overlooked this case and i must affirm it. But there is no way in my eyes to split these points. Another question is: Is this really important? I think you only need on point there and so you can handle it as 1 point. Other facemakers had worked with this file too and made wonderful faces. I do not see any problem of using this ofile. And if we should not see the statistic bar, i would not recognize it, because it is not essential.

What is your special problem with these dots???

Maybe it was their purpose. On other coordinates i found examples like this case, too. So i think its not important.

It is, because the part where the 2 dots are on the same space messes up the texture making it look like if it was folded which is not what i intend. I dont know why EA created the file like this, it makes no sense at all. Thanks for trying anyway.
