O Files can't be read in game

my problem is about faces in FIFA08that there are some faces thier O File cant be read ( idonno why) this problem happen with C.Ronaldo and other faces
EX: when i import Flatron C.Ronaldo i have made like in Monkey Dragon Tutrial and i rebiult the fifa and enter the game and i found the EA fifa O File with the Texture of the new face(Flatron C.Ronaldo Face) ................

plz i need help

NOTE: i have Unstall the fifa and Install it about 5 times and i put this face as the first face and still have the same problem

have the same problem with cronaldo face(eyebrows are strange ingame)
but thats the only player who doesnt work
