You're not missing much. The picture of the soldier turns into a picture of a supposedly "hot" woman...though you can only see her face. Too bad.

Really it depends on what sites you visit and stuff like that but by no means is IE a secure browser.. or a good one since it takes the web standards and trash them... not to mention activeX

Sorry for going off-topic but I thought it was needed...

as for the pic, it only works in IE because it also "paints" selected images so there you have your pretty babe instead of the soldier...
