What do you mean: "Where r they"
Obviously, they are under the section "English Club Kits"
And to install the kits, simply place the kits to the main FIFA 2002 directory (the folder with fifa2002.exe)
NOTE: Norwich are not in the FIFA 2002 game, so you would have to add them in using FEd or FCDB XP, and then change the jersey numbers accordingly.
