Is it true that there will be no weather in Fifa 2004. Surely if true it can't be classed as a simulation of football as all football games have different weather conditions. Also if no weather what will happen with football fusion, I mean in TCM 2004 there will be weather changes and if you load up the Fifa game using the fusion what will happen, this will effect results as well surely. :o

Thats a bit odd with limited weather, hope it does not take anything from the game, im looking forward to the PC demo so will reserve judgement till then. Mind you saying that about the weather in games most of them don't have the weather at a realistic element anyway, I mean remember playing ISS a couple of years ago and in June it was snowing I mean what the fcuk is that all about.

this upsets me to this day. I think EA got lazy with it when they found out the whole dynamic weather thing didn't work. I think they should have still put in some cosmetic weather such as rain, snow, and times of day, because in my opinion i don't think they would be hard to include. This is because these types of things have already been used in about every sports title on the market. I mean rain was in last years Fifa 2003. I think they still have time to do it but they have already given up on it.

all that aint included is dynamic weather. meaning that the weather will be the same throughout the match and not change.
there is always 2005. id rather them start by implementing the career mode and training into the title and then add the "silly" things in later titles. People were crying for the career mode two years ago, now they have put it in :)

i don't care if it changes thoughout the match, though, i just want normal regular weather like the old Fifa's. It just seems more boing when it is always sun out.

well, lets have a poll and see who would

a) wait till late november/december for a release date so they can fix the dynamic weather or include it

or b) have the game released in October / early November

I know what option Im going for.... and that is B!

You never know they might add a patch for the weather in later months. I would not mind if the weather stayed the same in each match i.e. raining all the game. I did not understand that dynamic weather meant that one minute rain, next sunshine, that now does not bother me. Lets just hope that they have weather at least to match the months.

Wheather...

Well, EA was screaming about that weather thingy at the start of the FIFA 2004 campaign. Now they pretend it is not that important. But it is important because they told there will be different wheather conditions that would affect gameplay. I think that they could or can fix it. But i look forward to career and training mode. It is pitty that we have to wait to 2005 or some patch (not gonna happen).
All in all it is great that we will play demo next week and full game at the end of the month. I have always been big FIFA fan but i was very very very much dissapointed with 2003 especially (i broke the disks 5th day i bought the game), and then i bought the game again and after two days i gave it to my 10 years old cousin. It really sucked in every aspect.. (remember?... no headers when player alone, no 1-2 pass, 'slo-mo-like' heading, same and same and same actions from the side and pure luck of scoring...).
I pray God that this FIFA fulfill my expetations (at least in terms of gameplay and no more robot-like players and moves).
I will not sleep till wensday. C ya when DEMO is out ;)

yeah. or maybe father christmas will bring us a patch! dude, have you ever heard of EA Sport blessing fifa fans with a patch? I mean, don't talk about the CC 1.5, because CC itself was just a joke.
But be sure "EA Sport's - If it's not in the game, it's not going to be in the game until we bring out the next game and you buy it!"

EA SPORTS TRASHED THE DYNAMIC WEATHER FEATURE DURING THE MAKING OF THE GAME! THUS, NO DYNAMIC WEATHER FEATURE IN FIFA 2004!

Had you paid attention in the other threads when it was discussed, you would have known that already. You will be able to choose from: Sunny-time, night-time, and overcast! That's it!

Dynamic weather means switching from dry to wet, you little ****er. Dynamic weather doesn't mean rain or snow or sleet you little ****bag. Had you paid attention to my posts you would know that you worthless piece of scum.:kader: :kader: :kader: :kader: \

I feel sorry I had to stoop that low to get it to your head... :kader:

It's the same old song every year, people want the game to be 100% realistic. And of course it would be nice that everything about the game would be realistic, but since the team that works on EA's FIFA games isn't the same every year, I think that 100% realism won't be achieved. In Fifa soccer from EA every year some things get added, and some things get dropped out of the game, but every year the game gets better (IMHO). I'm really looking forward to FIFA 2004, with or without realistic weather, I think FIFA soccergames from EA are simply the best there is, although I haven't played PES much to really can compare. I'll buy FIFA 2004, like I do every year (exect fifa 97 on pc, cause that was really a Joke!). My point here: Unless someone produces a Real lifelike soccer game I'll stick to the EA Sports games.

Hugo: You have not a CLUE as to what the word "dynamic" means. I suggest you take an English 101 course, because you obviously need one, and I find it extremely sad that you feel compelled to use foul and dirty language just to get a point across, despite the fact that your point is false.

Dynamic - Characterized by continuous change, activity. http://www.dictionary.com

Dynamic weather as in raining or snowing spontaneously. Weather constanly changing.

Well sincerely dude, i seriously recommend you to play PES 2 or PES 3. Youll see the diference since the first moment as i did!.

This time FIFA have done a better effort in the game,,,they were practically forced to do that ....and the game will be better i hope. Lets cross fingers fo that.
