No transfer bids from CPU after Hybrid patch in manager mode

Hi all,

I've searched these forums and tried various things that I can think of (short of completely reinstalling the game) but I am totally stumped.

So I started a new manager mode after installing the latest Hybrid patch, and it looks as if the CPU stopped transfers altogether.

I've tried using various teams and also players with various ratings & price tags, but I get 0 offers for the players that I mark 'for sale'

Anyone else have this problem? I understand the patch was supposed to make transfers more "realistic", but to me it's more like "non-existant" so I'm thinking something is wrong.

Please help!

I'm playing my 5th season as Liverpool's manager, played almost all versions of hybrid patch on manager mode, saving carrer and profile, and no transfers problem, i can buy and sell any player i want (except Arshavin cause he hates my team).

I have md's ticket patch, edited carrer.ini to have more $ by selling tickets, also increased my budget to have no limitation on salaries.
Anyway, i don't think that could affect buying/selling players, manager mode it's still tricky, that's why Rinaldo don't realeased a full version of his Internal Master, try hybrid 3.0.6 starting a new manager mode.
