No Training Mode

i suppose it was useful for freekicks, but that was about it. I kinda support ea for leaving it out and spend time on fixing gameplay, which i think has improved significantly.

Welcome to the REAL World... EA spending time and fixing gameplay? Well... EA have a great track record of being slack y'know...

90% of the time, companies say that as an excuse for leaving some features out... :)

The training mode was also good for the 'very fun when playing with a friend' penalty shootout :)

Why did EA remove it? Cause they are idiots.

Why stop a good thing? Why take anything out? Are EA stupid...YES!!

pathetic

How pathetic! They bring in a new curling system to the shooting and also a new passing system, yetthey leave out training, so the only way to learn is to jump straight into a match. Training was good for learning these sorts of thigs, yet now we have to try against a side in a competitive match, where it's harder.

I worked out the passing after a few hours to get it near perfect, but I can't do the curling because of the positioning of the buttons, yet there is nowhere I can reset them to so I can make it easier, which my joypad doesn't have enough buttons, and joysticks irritate me when I play FIFA or any non-driving game. Even then I'd prefer a steering wheel...

sorry if im gettin on ur nerves now, but i pointed this out a long long time ago - in the FIFA2002 directory somewhere (cant remeber exactly) there are the training files, so i guess EA must have left out the shortcuts to the training on the FIFA 2002 menus!!
