No promotion for non top 5 leagues

In the team list, there's no Lower division for non top 5 leagues. I'm really sad to see that and to see there's 1 millions english clubs.

Hope they forgot to put 2nd Division teams.

By the way, if there's no promotion for all leagues, I won't buy that game!! :(

It's my fault, I sorted the list and it's late here :D, I'm a bit lazy so apologize my small error :D, I know Bryne is Norwegian ;)
