No Frank Lampard in England team?

Hi at last I got my hands on the full version. As well as the slowdown problem ( that I fixed by playing with no sound )
Frank Lampard isn't in the England team.
Anyway to add him? Also does anyone have a list of all the club teams. IE Liverpool, Arsenal, Manutd, real madrid etc fake names are = ???

Why not?

Just register him with the England squad.

Edit Player >> Register >> National team selection

And then replace him with a less talented player. For example, Francis Jeffers, Danny Murphy or Francis Jeffers.
