u debating yourself and of course u gonna win. i don't care if u bought the game or not but what about making a backup copy of the original?

btw.... choose the third option when installing fifa... the complete installation. this way the computer rarely reads from the cd. it minimizes scratches and things like that.

Let's face it!

If it is a warez copy he can just burn himself another copy anyhow. Maybe this guy is as amateurish and naive as he sounds! If he wasn't he could easily overcome the problem in many different ways.

Listen bud, just type in "fifa 2003" AND "no CD" AND "patch" into Google or some other good search engine. I used a no CD patch on theg ame because I had it installed on my laptop and my desktop and I was fed up with having to switch disks all the time.

No CD patches aren't illegal by the way in any form becasue they are considered an "add-on" utility developed by third parties rather than a reproduction of copywrited material.

I wasnt asking where to get them , if i wish to get one i will

i was asking as to the legality of them

ARe No cd patches legal if you have the original. and if so where would i get a working one

i meant where woudl i get a legal one. my apologies for the mistype

there are dozens of warez sites, but i WIL NOT NOR HAVE EVER used one

can you not answer a sim ple question with becoming abusive. it is idiot coments like that that cause arguments.

AS regards to the installation, I do have the full installation, but it still requires CD 2 to play. i am beginining to wonder if my cd is dying the death of age.

It woudl actually be cheaper to buy a new cd player than to rebuy even one of my games, so maybe that will be my course of action

megagames.com- my first stop when i get a new game. its a massive site, got a heck of a lot of no-cd patches etc there so im guessing its perfectly legal to use them.. if not, consider me breaking the law :)
