how come whenever i foul the oposite team they get a free kick given but i never get carded.. ever! even if i foul in penalty box they just get a penalty but i dont get carded....

and btw, how come they hardly ever foul me? (i want to take a spot kick for once!!)

In the official FIFA2004 (without expander) i think there isn't
any carding.

If i'm not wrong, you can activate it adding the BOOKINGS
parameter in OPTIONS section of locale.ini in fifa2004's directory.
