just beat chelsea 2-0. it was tight but they didn't have much to offer.
66th minute i made it 1-0 when my substitue scored with his first touch. a 33 yard screamer! then he scored again with virtually the last kick of the game. this is a guy i scouted i might add

Darlington 1-2 AET Sheff UTD
they nearly beat me. their keeper was superhuman and they were really lucky!
but in the 85th min my captain led by example to score the equaliser and then the winner in the 113th minute

So are these results good or bad mate? To you that is, did you enjoy these games, was anything wrong, did something need tuning for you?
by the way it won't let me load the replay you sent me, it doesn't say 'Unable to load' like it should and it'll show the details from the game, but it just won't load up anything, which is a shame. Did my replays work for you?

you think the superhuman keeper needs to be toned down a little? I realise it can become frustrating to some extent when you get chances and take shots that should easily 99% go in. I like to keep the user on his toes though. I'm playing my latest build, just went out in first game to MK Dons as Man-utd 5-0 
I got destroyed. There may be an issue with the keepers though for user v cpu keepers. I may have to make the user keeper better to balance out the difficulty and make matches nice and tight.

BTW, just to lend more kudos to your FIFA Evolution update, I
drew 1-1 this morning against Luton Town leaving it late. I had Gunnarsson (Reading) scoring on a header of the corner, but it
was one I had never scored before. It was the classic back-to-goal slight redirect of of his head that slipped past the wrong-footed keeper. An absolute beauty! :amika:
p.s. late in the season, I only have one striker healthy, with 3
injured and 2 lost for the season...

yeah i know but i just can't bring myself to leave sheff utd after i built such an amazing team sorry! almost scored a ronneyesque type volley from 30 odd yards. but it hit the bar

Well, I still think it is encouraging that you are being challenged
playing with such a highly rated team.
I am in the promotion race with Reading but I might take on
a premiership team of higher rating for the next season. I have found it hard to build up my team (I am using CEP) because its
hard to earn revenue and improve your staff and get players.
I was going to earn promotion with Leeds United the last season
but I was losing money (serious negative cash) and I got fired
5 games before season end even though I had just won the last
game!!! Stupid Leeds didnt get promoted in the end.
At least this time I have 18k in the kitty.

Sooooo, this version should be released huh? I will tune something here and there, but I will release it, since I know you're playing with a great team and the teams you're up against aren't very skillfull, but still capable of scoring against you. I wonder how you'd favour with the original, default team of Sheff Utd against these lower teams, or even pit them against the likes of Barcelona or Arsenal! I can imagine there being quite a few shots at goal against you mate, but nevertheless I appreciate very much the time you have taken to test these builds upon release of Xpert!

yweah well to be honest the bigger teams didn't really trouble me up until now but i'll wait and see. i'm just having so much fun with this career that i can't imagine playing anything else at the moment! but soon i'll be playing in the later phases of the CL and against the better sides in the league so i'll have enough opportunities!

lol, yeah they get you off guard. I just lost 6-2 on Legendary to Arsenal playing as Man-Utd, my goals were cool, one was a chip, keeper ran out, defenders left space so I just held down left triger and powered up a lovely chip shot. Keeper couldn't do anything haha. But then Arsenal got angry and killed me lol.
