When the update is released, every difficulty mode will be balanced and improved. But especially Professional, World Class and Legendary. Though Amatuer and Semi-pro do get a lot of work, it's these 3 that most gamers are on and the update is aimed at those who consider themselves professionals at the game, not beginners. In saying that, a beginner would be able to play on semi-pro and have an enjoyable experience. It's not unplayable at all.

Not everyone will receive one, especially if you seem unreliable. I haven't received as much feedback as I should have for the beta's sent out earlier in the month and that makes this process difficult, cause I don't know who to trust.

Changes will be made before X-PRO goes public, so I need good skilled gamers to make sure everything is running at its best. The BETA will be password protected for 24 hours, once that expires, it becomes a useless file.

You make the fifa so much better!:bob: I have play with your gameplay since your first or second gameplay for fifa 06 and love your gameplay. yours first gameplay for 07 is the best gameplay ever, Pes and fifa`s orginal gameplay is nothing anymore after playing with your gameplay. So if your next update is better then the first for fifa 07 you made i will be so happy:)

My friend. X-PRO is far more diverse, challenging and more realistic than JOYSTICK ADDICT. It's months ahead of the first release, you're looking at 3-4 months development on top of JOYSTICK ADDICT. So imagine the hours of editing and testing. Seriously, X-PRO is 100 times beter.

"Not for beginners, the updates name 'X-PRO' means 'ex professional' meaning, once you get playing you'll no longer be a professional player at FIFA™ 07. With a learning curve that requires patience and a CPU that gives you no time to think, you'll have to pull out all the stops and use your football tactics the best you can get them. Otherwise, be prepared to lose and take the beating of your life!"

I have been working on the shooting and defence today and nothing but that. I believe the game now has that similar 'tactical challenge' to it as what PES6 does. Since I have the 360 demo of PES6, i was playing it today and realised that I could get FIFA 07 similar to that, not 'replicated' or 'like PES', but in the sense that it's a much more tactical, midfield battle rather than end-to-end pinball.

I hope goaltenders for CPU and human no longer let it "retarded" goals. Such as a slow corner shot from way out that beats the human goalie.

Hey NK, there is a problem of changing player especially when defending. The pc doesn't allow you to move your last defender inorder to catch a striker offside! I concede many a goal due to this.

I am not sure if you mean while using my update or the EA gameplay. However, either way I will quickly look into this issue. Although the balancing of the update makes it harder for the cpu to score so 'effortlessly'. You both have to try harder

X-PRO IS DELAYED!!!!!!!!!! :boohoo:

Sad, sad news. X-PRO is delayed and you can all blame WINDOWS VISTA!! yes, it turns out the files I was editing, then importing were NOT being read or allowed into the EA SPORTS directory because of Vista's insane and very, very silly protection. You literally need passwords just to delete something out of the EA SPORTS folder because VISTA doesn't 'know' about FIFA07 as a normal operating program and therefore even requires a user-password as 'protection' to run the game (FIFA07.exe)

So not only have I been sending out 3-4 beta EXACTLY the same (only psychological difference for users, not actual change in files), this has held me back and the development of the update.

I have no idea now, as when I managed to get the REAL files working, there were bugs all over, the main one for example the ball physics....you couldn't kick the ball!!

So there you go, that's put me ages behind. Damnit!!!!!!!!!:nape:

Wish me luck in solving this quickly guys, otherwise it's not gona be seeing you lot for a while. I NEED TESTERS, RELIABLE TESTERS!!

NK your gameplay patches are always the best. It's good to hear you got that whole vista this sorted out. I don't think that anyone has a problem waiting another 3 days (Y)

It is now possible to play 20 minute games and come out with a realistic set of results. 1-0 scores are very possible. The game is much tighter.

Awesome! What about the issue with bad teams beating good teams by a lot? Like AEK Athens beating Chelsea 4-0 or something like that.

One question:
Is it possible to instal your gameplay ,over other patches (other leagues,tournaments,faces) with NO efect on patches and game ???

Just put the installation exe together. The only thing left now is to polish it all off, make sure the update is playing up to standards and get it out to you guys tomorrow evening. It's going to be a blast!
