hello can i install this patch with CM09 to load patch and choose create then import or i must use patch ids to install this patch ?

You must use Patch IDs; I even put this in the CMP file and at the top of this patch thread's first page.

sorry brother this patch is not working correctly becaz i have installed real madrid 2003 patch in rest of world league and when i install ur patch the real madrid 2003 team transfar into the international league and in this patch 3 players models are missing too and game crash when start match

This patch is meant to be a stand alone patch, I fail to see how it could hve affected your Real Madrid 2003' patch. As for the models missing, you have to make sure that all players are set to Patch IDs.

The Nineties XI team for FIFA 09 is comprised of players with hidden faces in FIFA 09 that have recently retired or are playing for a club that is not ingame.

What about Rivaldo and Veron? And can you make a team with the old stars like Zidane Fernando Hierro Okocha Kahn and others.

He's still in the Finnish national team. He hasn't yet retired.

The way in which these players could appear is creating a patch with them for the creation master 06 and next it 09 importing to fifa by means of the creation master 09

Well you're wrong. I converted them straight from FIFA 2003.

i did a bit searching
