I actually am starting to think cardio is mostly useless, I'm cutting minutes of my jogs, but trying to work in wind sprints and stuff like that. And heavy weights is obvious, your body will think "oh ****, i need to build muscle" and if you have enough protein and calories you'll add it pretty quick.
I stopped jogging because I was loosing too much weight.
I was trying more of a different approach like just eating whey protein and sit on my ass but apparently that doesn't work.
