4 division winners get 1-4. Win loss record determines the order. Wildcards get 5-6. Win loss record determines record. Highest seed gets home field advantage. Hope that makes sense.

Super Bowl is held on a neutral warm weathered city or a city with a dome. This year being in New Orleans (which brings me fond memories).
