Uhhh....ok? If you want to read about cardio on an empty stomach, Google it. There's plenty out there. I'm not going to do your research for you just because you're lazy.

Finally I can agree with you: "There's plenty out there". - Exactly. And all I'll find is mostly mixed opinions about this topic. I was more hoping from some words from you as you called this a "load of BS" without any argument. I'm still standing behind my "load of BS", though.

I"ve read about both arguments. Sometime I feel like I have more energy for a workout on an empty stomach but the right settings must apply. You can't feel weak or not nourished so you must have ate well and healthy beforehand (last night). With that kind of boost and an empty stomach you don't have your body doing that extra work to digest.

You burn your body fat from cardio on empty stomach, but as soon as you eat, you put it back on...

It's all about consuming less calories than you burn. The issue with pure calorie counting is that you consume too little, and your metabolism slows down, ie. You burn less calories doing whatever you're doing-hence the cheat day. It gives your metabolism a bit if a kick, and tells it you're not starving, so don't store body fat.

The issue with exercise on an empty stomach is that you aren't as energetic in your exercise. The positive is that if you eat before working out, you'll often be hungry again after it. Empty stomach exercise stops this

It's true in that you start to burn fat stores earlier into your cardio workout, but you also quickly tap into your protein stores as well, which you don't want. However, Dolph Ziggler does empty stomach cardio regularly, so I don't know what to believe anymore:

There was a documentary about Mirko Filipović "Cro Cop" career, and he mostly talked of his beginnings of training. He was running every morning, then going in to the gym on high intense weight training. I read that it was similar with Mike Tyson, apparently he ran in the 4h or 5h in the morning.

And as Horatiu said, I also have more strength in the morning, I can never run in the afternoon hours with the same pace as in the morning, but yea some rules must applied. :)

mine was to behave a bit better on the drink and to cut out one night stands... it was broken within 3 hours of 2012.

when you get a taste of those sweet deer juices, it takes over. i can't function day to day anymore, friendships have suffered, my professional career is under threat, nobody wants to throw the ball anymore.

i think i need help.
