New to PES6

Hi, im about to get PES6 in a day or two. in the meanwhile can anyone give me a link of the following if they exists? There are many different patches that do the same thing which is why i didnt search , want to find the most reliable.
PS. I dont mind if it messes the game online as i only use it for same pc multiplayers (We have PES world cups )

I need if possible.

1. Updated Rosters
2 Updated Kits
3. Updated Team Names
4. If possible, more realistic stats.
5. Real Chants
6. If possible, something that adds players that were left out of PES.
