rebuild your files with the fifamania file regenerator, usualy this one does the trick. Whenever I do modifications in my files, I rebuild with filemaster, then with fatbhbuilder and finaly with the fifamania one. Never had any crash since.

To find these utilities or links to them, search or google... don't have time to look them up.

Thanks alot, but will this delete all of my creation center stuff and the stadium as well? If so, Ill just reinstall

No it will just rebuild your graphic files (the zdatas) and your graphics data file (fifa.fat) correctly so you won't have a crash at substitutions anymore. (unless the crash is due to a double textured imported face for a particular player that is but then the game would crash always when you substitute that particular player only)
