New Soccer Website

I really don't know where I have to post this thread, so I post it here

I released a new football/soccer website which is called World Football Rosters. On this site, visitors will be able to find a lot of things about National associations and clubs (profile, history, rosters - for sure - results and soon downloads).

I still need help for rosters research, if you want, you can contact me here : [email protected] and become researcher for 1 clubs or for 1 leagues (division) or a full country if you have a lot of spare time

Give some tips on NOT what to do

1) ur using frames.
2) don't advertise a site with hardly anything on it, u should have 'released' it with much more content

I work a lot on it. I contacted major national associations and some already answered me (I wanna say Asian, Africa, Oceania and Concacaf). Only some answered (Mongolia, Angola, Bangladesh). Tomorrow or this we i'll work on CAF Nations Cup NT rosters. For Concacaf some answered they'll send me full informations about rosters when they'll begin WC qualifying so on 18th February.

I made this site to help FIFA patch makers because making patch make be sick because of the number of critics people say and send me.

and what the best way around them then to have menus and such??

Um, tables? Div tags? If you look at major sites like yahoo and msn, they don't use frames.

do you a site where it might be explained coz I'm not very advanced in website designing.

Nested tables are pretty easy to do...
I proably keep frames for my shearer site .. use different menus on another project then.

I'm not a web expert, I do site for fun. Yahoo and MSN paid a lot to have good website with database and so on. I'm not good at this.

By the way, I think the site is clear, easy to use and imo it's the most important thing, isn't it?

Do you think I really need opinion about frames? I wanna know what you think about the idea (for sure there's not a lot of things), the site is launched since 5 days, and I have to add more features. But I'M ALONE to do that.

Someone already ask to update Portugal, good, so in a short time, there will be Portugal league informations.

I have also to work on kits (like in colours-of-football) and it takes time so in a short month, they'll be a lot of informations on WFR and you won't have to surf across the web to find rosters and so on.

Won't you become very busy maintaining the site? Because teams change rosters all the time...

frames imply u'r trying to hide something in a website. plus they're crap for adding favourites, they're very old fashioned and general users are not meant to like them, thats why large sites dont use frames

ive read a fair bit of crap when i used to make websites... and thats the sorta stuff i read.

just being helpful.

Yeah, but Hussain won't play anymore and RAFC coach is not really interested with Dong Fangzhuo's loan but I hope for them he's as good as media say . Arthur Gomez is very good too
