New PES5 PSP player Q. Not gameplay, not complains.

I have bought for the first time a PES game after been a many years FIFA player. This post IS NOT about complaining or gameplay questions.

I would like to know why Konami always waits months for releasing WE games if they are almost the same as PES ones? What is the point?
Why doesn't they just release ONE game everywhere?
I am in Norway and I tried to buy WE9 PSP and many retail stores HAD NO knowledge about WE. Here is PES almost the only known game.

I bought the PSP version because I travel a lot and I love to play on the PSP while I am on the move. My last football game on the PSP was FIFA 2005, pretty bad game but keep me entertained for some months.

Is there really marked differences between WE9 and PES5 on the PSP that make it worth it to buy one over the other? WE games must be surely imported where I live making the cost much higher than if you just buy PES locally. I want to be sure about this for when PES6 and WE10 are released. If WE offers more then I can make the effort to import it, but it would be very annoying that Konami offers a better game on the US (or anywhere else) than the one sold to us in Europe. Everybody has the right to enjoy the best game everywhere IMO.

Thank you.

i heard that the WE series have a slightly diff gameplay to the PES series... there are no significant differences imo. they are just releasing one game called PES 2007 or whatever.. less confusing for all of us now.
