in PES3 i also see these but only Japan national team players have them! 
maybe its because Konami is a Japanese company and they want Japan to be different

i forgot to sat that I replaced nt japan, korea, iran, australia...
with south america clubs.
i didn't play before for japan, so it's only japan has mentioned parameters.
