I'm in the process of downloading all of the videos right now, and already have a good few of them, but the one that stood out in my mind was the one about the stadiums. In particular, I was incredibly impressed with a new feature they're adding to 2003 about the pitch. Over the course of a season, the field will become noticably worn down. Teams that have more money (such as Man U, for example), will usually have a nicer pitch over the entire season than the smaller clubs (I expect Highbury to be in quite good shape throughout a season).
Add this to the list of incredibly authentic features in this game.
