New Nvidia card driver problem

Hi, I just bougth a Nvidia 256 m and I notice that the game runs great, but when I go to the lineups, it gets slow and I have to click until 3 times a pleyr to select it...

Does anybody knows how can I fix this?

Oh and yes, I alredy disable the vsync
