New Nvidia card driver problem

The game become smooth...but the screen flicker until unplayable....anyone face tis prob with the new geforce driver 66.93 ver.......any solution?

Yepp! i tryed to use the 66.93 driver,and it went flickery!
now i went back to the old driver 61.77 and it works fine,so its a thing with the driver!

heve searched the web and it ain't just fifa 2005 its other games too.Semse like there are many with the simular prob in other games too.
only solution at the time is to use the old driver!

version 67.20 still have the same flickering problems?

i got 66.93, have the same problems as well but works fine when i playing NFSU2

download some "old" nvidia drivers from the net......
That will fix the problem...

"old" means sumtin' like v61.XX to v64.XX......juz in between dat....

i had the same prob too but not for this game...itz for far cry and i rolled back to the old driver and it went fine :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

Please Help....

Does anyone know a way to fix the flickring of the screen in fifa 2005; this is what I’ve tried:

I'm using a Geforce FX 5600 256MB video card on Win XP Pro and I’ve installed the 67.20, 67.02, 66.93 and 61.77 drivers and none of them seem to fix the problem. However, for 66.93 and 61.77 when I try and install them it comes up with a windows error strongly recommending that I don't install the driver as it may severely harm my computer and because of this message I cancel the installation, so what should I do now? Please help.

u go 2 the driver option in display setting....off the vertical sync option..but it is when u install 66.93 driver n above

How do you switch off vsync? is it under the performance and quality settings? cos i cant find it at all. ANyway this problem will be carried on to the other games u play. After i exited fifa cos of the flickering, i started cs and the top of my screen flickered i had to restart com.
