New National Teams Patch

I'm in with Bolivia, Paraguay and Venezuela, also updating other southamerican rosters if some player is missing from it's national team.

Btw, i won't make kits this year, so kits for these teams are needed.

i will do everything for ghana graphics related & possibly japan.

nice! .. still, i cant understand why EA keeps those teams (and many others) out of the game. They should be in the game by default. Shame really. Especially since the wc2010 game featured 200 national teams. Hard to see that shrink down to 42 in fifa12.

As for stadiums, i hope (maybe) the wc2010 stadiums can find its way to fifa12 this time, since we couldnt fix the black-textures bug on 11 and the ps3 files.

Konami has Japan's license. The World Cup's license was only for that game, so that's why they can't include it.
At least, AFAIK.

they dont include them because then they wouldnt be able to make money off of a game every 4 years because you already have the game within your game.

Guys I will be back in Australia in 2 weeks time so I'll see if I can get started on this patch then. Teams will be the same as in the first post, but I will add the three Baltic Countries: Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania too + a full CONMEBOL confederation: Bolivia and Venezuela.
