in the WFO (word from owner)... go to the Team tab, and then go to Edit Info... then upload your logo somewhere (not here, wont work) and the put in this code

Could anyone give us some tips on logo designing?
I am relative noob to graphics design, and i would like to know which programms did you use for creating them.
I am currently having two issues, in my effort designing my logo.
First i can not draw the shape of it (these aka shields ).
Second i want to fit a sort of flag in it, with my team's colours.
