I know about the Newton Heath/Man U thing. All I was trying to point out to our friend who thinks Man U have exclusive rights to a black kit, was that there really does not need to be a deep reason for choosing a colour for a kit. You choose it because you like it.

I did mean to say green and yellow halves, but I typed stripes. Still you knew what I meant. :)

@ snoppf - I figure they gave us that Kappa kit as an interim measure... they couldn't have been working on a kit since April and give us that as an end result!

can't see the rest offering anything. Good thing is i think were better than Trinidad, i think canada may get the third spot since their team is improving a lot with the mls and various other things, If we play to our potential we should see off Panama, Guatemala and Hondoras wheather their in our way or not (although i would be a bit worred about hondoras especially if Suazo of inter decides to play)

I hope Costa Rica dont qualify, can't stand them

the Arsenal kit looks good, apart from those pink lines, not fitting at all.


really curious to see how the Steaua kits will look, the new design should look better with the club colors.

Liverpool Away 2008/09

The Liverpool grey kit has been confirmed. I am a postman and was delivering some of the cards with it on cos the fan card holders get them. It's the exact design I found somewhere on here but can't find it again. The goalkeeper shirt is like the '88 version.

I think they're actually red.


Love the United 3rd shirt (if it's true) Although the usual kit sources (shops etc - even Niketown London) have suggested only the new white away kit for this season. The black was gonna be retained as the third, but I'm all for the traditional trio of Red, White and blue kits (very 1980's) An all blue (like 68) would be fitting to mark the triumph in Moscow.
